About Our Villa
Completely Remodeled, Down Island Dream is a one bedroom one bath villa located within the Point Pleasant VOA property (but is not part of the resort hotel program) on the East End of St Thomas USVI. The unit has a luxurious king-sized bed, queen sized sleeper sofa, updated kitchen and bathroom, and the most spectacular views down island! The wrap around balcony has breathtaking sights of St John, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke and the BVI chain! From the balcony you also have views of the world-famous Lindquist Beach and stunning Sugar Beach below. The sparkling blue water below is home to sea turtles and amazing reefs. Enjoy the cooling breezes as you have coffee or a cocktail on the balcony watching the clouds float past! The private balcony offers the most amazing location for your honeymoon, anniversary, proposal or just that special trip that you have been waiting for.
The complex has many amenities. There is 24 hour gated security on property. The complex offers 3 pools on site, so you have your choice! There are two restaurants on site offering dining choices. The property has a very private beach with lounge beds and stunning snorkeling. We provide beach towel, beach chairs and snorkel gear for your use during your visit. The unit has Free Wi-Fi, cable and air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home including an ice maker and a blender of course, for those fabulous tropical drinks. The stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops offer modern convenience. There is even a grill on your private balcony for those evening meals when you just can't pull yourself away from that view! If you don't feel like cooking, Ocean 180, one of the on-property restaurants is open for Sunday brunch and dinner. It features an open-air bar and dining area with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Our second restaurant, Sand & Sea Bar and Grill, offers over the water dining right on the shoreline! Be sure to feed the ever-present tarpon right always there waiting for a treat!
The remodeled bathroom boasts a bowl sink and natural stone shower with a luxurious rain shower head. We provide complimentary toiletries for your stay.
We are only a 3-minute drive from Lindquist Beach. The town of Red Hook is only a short 5 minute drive away and is filled with great restaurants serving everything from tacos to Thai cuisine, bars, shops and markets for anything that you might need during your stay. Red Hook is also home to the inter-island ferry dock with service to St. John and the BVI for day trips and excursions.
